In addition to supporting our clients with creative and design work, we also undertake campaign planning, project management and research as needed.
Susan Pettit, Managing Director, founded and ran a professional services-based research agency before joining Epigram in 2018. Her personal experience includes qualitative, quantitative and desktop research programmes for law firms, property and social housing organisations. From question design to fieldwork (including face-to-face and telephone interviews with C-Suite respondents) and analysis, we are proud to be able to offer this extended service to our clients.
We undertake regular desktop reviews to identify innovative approaches both within the professional services sector and further afield that could be relevant to our clients. In particular we seek out new digital innovations, evaluate their relevance and share these ideas with our clients, to help them stay ahead of the curve in their communications strategies.
