According to the Gowling WLG Office Report, surveying 480 people responsible for making property decisions for companies, 87% of companies are actively considering relocation within the next 3 years.

Sustainability is key
Better energy efficiency and a desire to cut costs are key influencing factors in an office move. If you find a new premises that is energy efficient, it helps you to meet your ESG commitments, whilst reducing energy bills.

Workforces want social interaction
Just under 70% of people surveyed cited social interaction as a key driving force behind their desire to return to the office, closely followed by a desire to separate home and working life. This means that your office space should have both collaboration space, as well as concentration areas, all supported by a good range of on and off-site amenities.
